GAA
offers USAG levels 4-10. All USAG teams are girls competitive groups.
Hot
Shots/Sparks
This is a non-competitive group focusing on general physical preparedness
and form. The age range is usually 5-8 year olds. Students attend three
days at two hours daily each week. Gymnasts are placed in this program
by invitation only.

Flight
This is a non-competitive group of upper level gymnasts. They work out
in a team type situation for two days a week at 2.5 hours each day. This
group is open to any Division 5 or 6 students or team gymnasts choosing
to continue team type workouts without the competition.
