Trampoline classes are fast paced and
designed for the energetic student interested
in learning to FLIP!
Classes focus on proper bouncing techniques
as well as developing the body and spatial
awareness necessary for a fun and safe flip.

Beginner Level - (8:1 student-teacher ratio - 1 hr)
No prerequisites required-students will learn
basic body positions, jumps, rolls, handstands,
cartwheels and round-offs on the floor and trampoline.

Intermediate Level - (8:1 student-teacher ratio - 1 hr)
Students must master the round-off and front handspring
on the tramp - will start working back handsprings as well
as saltos.

Advanced Level - (8:1 student-teacher ratio - 1.5 hr)
Students must master the round-off-back handspring
and back tuck on the trampoline - will be working
on layouts and twisting saltos.
